[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Add additional available metrics to the Commotion LuCI basic status menu (#208)

After convening with Chris, more information is needed to complete this addition.  Uncertain whether this is a page that needs to be moved up into a sidebar, or whether this is a submenu item on the advanced menu that needs to be moved to the basic menu.  There's just not enough context here.
