[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Integrate request_json.sh into commotion-bigboard-send (#236)

Commotion-bigboard-send calls out to an external shell script in order to request json info about itself. It should be possible to make that call from within commotion-bigboard-send using luci's apis.
