be sure to test blank input, input that is too long, and invalid characters.

**NOTE:** This also changes the default mesh SSID to `commotionwireless.net` and also addresses https://github.com/opentechinstitute/luci-commotion/issues/144 and https://github.com/opentechinstitute/luci-commotion/issues/140
