[Commotion-admin] [commotion-router] Cli (#127)

I ran into a few UI issues and one functional bug.

1. Prompts should indicate the expected response. For instance, `Set Hostname? [y/n]`.
2. Passwords should be dots, asterisks, or invisible, not displayed plaintext as the user types.
3. User should have to re-enter passwords for verification.
4. An empty value in Mesh SSID throws an invalid response error (as expected), then skips to the Confirm Configuration page (not expected).
