[Commotion-admin] [luci-theme-commotion] Moved the logout button to the bottom of the basic menu. (#35)

To Test:
1) Flash router with this branch of luci-commotion
2) Configure node with setup wizard
3) On the basic menu if the logout button is at the bottom of the menu-structure then this works and can be merged.
