[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] At small browser widths, the right nav menu moves below the module (CCK) (#87)

Tested on Firefox 27.0.1 on Ubuntu 13.10.

When the browser width is below ~960px, the navigation menu for the CCK ("Get Help" menu) moves all the way to the bottom of the page.

This menu should stay at the top of the page to the right of the grey text area.
