[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Proposed fix for issue 183 (#186)

@elation While you're editing this page, it looks like line 89 needs to be fixed. The quoting on root closes the pw_text variable early, then reopens and closes it again.

I also was not able to change the hostname (with or without the password). In both cases I got a "No Pending Changes" response when I clicked Save.
