[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Tried to fix issue 179 (#198)

IT WORKS! There is sadly one small UI fix that needs to happen before I can add the required patch code and merge this request. The first invalid item in the form should be added to the string without the leading comma (as seen below.)
