[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] updated inline style to scale the translate promo box (#112)

This pull request applies an in-line style update to the translate CCK box on /docs/cck/index.html
Addresses https://github.com/opentechinstitute/commotion-docs/issues/111

To test, pull & build branch issue-111 and preview content on the main CCK page in small browser windows and on small screen devices.
