[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Merge a bunch of bug fixes and tweaks for a site update (#120)

This pull request should:
 * address the four previously blank blog posts, that were choking on jekyll's generation script.
 * change all user name based blog post authors to use real names.
 * add piwik code to the front page.

All of these changes are live on the staging site. Once merged I can update the live site.

  * Wrapping a paragraph in p tag for to make Jekyll happy

  * Added missing piwik code to the front page.
