[Commotion-admin] [commotiond] make CHECK macro calls safer for multistatement operation; dont disable DEBUG macros on non-OpenWRT platforms (d9f5083)

This line doesn't actually disable DEBUG macros on non-OpenWRT platforms, it prevents you from disabling them on OpenWRT. But this is just an artifact of trying to figure out why DEBUG messages were not printing on OpenWRT; it should not be necessary any more and so it is correct to remove it here as you suggest.
