[Commotion-admin] [luci-theme-commotion] Favicon needs to be cleaned up (#38)

The commotion router favicon borders are ragged, and the right edge is clipped. This is easily visible in a browser tab with a dark background (e.g., firefox's defaults for inactive tabs).

Favicon should be recreated.
