[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Need helper text for 'show password' buttons (#213)

The little green arrow buttons that OpenWRT provides to turn password fields from little dots to the visible password--that needs some helper text to explain what it does. Inexperienced users expressed that without any helper text, they would have no idea this was an option.
