[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Need a “Done/successfully configured” page after confirming Setup Wizard settings (#216)

Users expressed a desire to see a "You're done!" type page after confirming the settings from the Setup Wizard, instead of just being redirected to the admin login page.
