[Commotion-admin] [mlab-observatory] Add analytics event tracking to appropriate clickable or selectable items (#24)

We need to be able to log how people use Observatory. To that end, add event analytics to the visualization: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/eventTrackerGuide
