[Commotion-admin] [commotion-router] MikroTik RB411 w/ R52nM Wi-Fi card only shows 2.4GHz band (#149)

Just one more note on this - the Wi-Fi band is selectable in the Advanced -> Network -> Wi-Fi menu, when editing the AP or ad-hoc interface. The logic in setup wizard or the basic menus will need to be updated to support this for single radio / dual band cards.
