[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Create "Recommended Hardware" page (#289)

It can be fairly simple, just something to direct people to the appropriate routers to buy based on their use case:
* Indoor network - TP-Link WDR3600
* Outdoor network - node with all-around antenna - Rocket M series with individual dipoles or dual-polarity MIMO antenna
* Outdoor network - directional node - NanoStation M series

Alternate: TP-Link routers in outdoor enclosures, etc.
