[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] TP-Link WDR4300 interface names not human readable (#426)

Moved from opentechinstitute/commotion-router#139:

When creating new interfaces on a TP-Link WDR4300, for instance a 5GHz AP and a 5GHz mesh interface, the luci status page shows a bunch of gobbledygook for interface names (cfg21384729, etc):
