[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] CCK - Configure Commotion lengthy issues (#251)

* The screenshot thumbnails in the “Run Commotion Setup Wizard” section are too small, and when clicked on, go to illegible images. 
* The user is told to ignore the SSL certificate error. This is BAD ADVICE!
* Does the QoS stuff work? Yes - just not recommended. Some language to that effect.
* Add language to go to “Common Hardware Setups” and “Advanced Hardware Setups” for additional configuration info.
