[Commotion-admin] [project-graphics] Vector graphic thumbnails are a variety of sizes (#9)

Moving to .svg vector graphic format makes some of the image thumbnails HUGE. Is there a way to set a max width and _height_ for all of the images? And perhaps put them in a grid...
