[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Remove or update PDF download links for CCK modules (#196)

Update on this - many of the CCK module print-version PDFs have been getting updated as a part of the general documentation overhaul for 1.1. They will not all be done for that release, but work on this is ongoing.
