[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Add performance warning in setup_wizard when configuring a single-radio devices for both mesh and AP (#453)

We should provide a warning to users that they may not have optimal performance characteristics when using a single-radio devices as both backhaul and AP. This should potentially point to our performance documentation.
