[Commotion-admin] [mlab-observatory] Renaming Merger to Grouper (#31)

[mtlynch]

Renaming the class TelescopeResultMerger and friends to TelescopeResultGrouper because the important work it's doing is grouping result sets according to the metadata groupings (e.g. putting together all the result sets from 'sea01-comcast').
