[Commotion-admin] [mlab-observatory] Renaming Merger to Grouper (#32)

[mtlynch]

Renaming the class `TelescopeResultMerger` and friends to `TelescopeResultGrouper` because the important work it's doing is grouping result sets according to the metadata groupings (e.g. putting together all the result sets from 'sea01-comcast').
