[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Commotion to Static protocol switch is confusing (#64)

I think this could be largely fixed by a better "Additional network interfaces" menu in the basic (Commotion) section, rather than changing the OpenWRT menus. Long proposal for what this could look like in issue #209. It would also resolve issue #63.
