[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Favicon needs to be cleaned up (#287)

I've been playing around with this a bit. I'm concerned that we're going to double the size of the favicon if we put too much detail in there.

One alternate option is to simplify the firmware favicon to be just the "Co" on a white square with pink border. That would make it seem less ragged.

Anyway, I'm not sure of the best way forward, as the smallest least pixelated that I got was 8k.
