  * Tweaks to repositories.conf.local.in and the default dnsmasq config file to support luci-app-splash use instead of nodogsplash.
  * Add option to force nameserver advertisement by dnsmasq even when port is set to something other than 53.
  * Add splash screen configuration to /etc/config/uhttpd
  * Fix thisnode hotplug script.
  * sysctl.conf tweaks for luci-commotion-splash.
  * Merge branch 'master' into commotion-splash
