[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Erroneous outdated downloads page still reachable (#334)

It's been reported that there's an old, outdated downloads page that is still on the site. https://commotionwireless.net/download/openwrt/ubiquiti/ is obsolete and contains a link to the old code site. This whole page should be removed.
