[Commotion-dev] startard olsrd.conf for commotion?

I am definitely not the person to ask :-) We should ask Josh for
confirmation before we drop something into the olsrd repo that is
considered the Commotion default.

However, if I was a betting man, I would say that it's very close to
being correct!
