[Commotion-dev] convincing google to support ad-hoc mode

I am talking about wifi ad-hoc mode (i.e. the opposite of infrastructure mode).  Wifi Direct support has already been added to Android, so we don't need to talk about that unless it conflicts with Ad-hoc.
