Hi Ben (and everybody else),

Due to recurring problems with redmine, we've decided that it may make
sense to move to Github as a primary point-of-access for the Commotion
codebase.

In our proposed model, all Commotion-related codebases will remain
available, on a read-only basis, from the code.commotionwireless.net
site.  However, all code commits will be made through the github
repositories of the appropriate Commotion partners (or, in the case of
OTI-managed code, through the OpenTechInstitute github repositories).

We'd love to hear any thoughts you all have about this proposal before
pushing ahead with it (although, given the rapid emergence of problems
like Ben's, we'll need come to a decision pretty quickly).
