[Commotion-dev] Local applications: talk on Sandstorm.io

Sandstorm seems to be a promising platform for easily deploying
instances of local applications. I think there are some concepts from it
that we could use in Commotion, or perhaps even package it up with some
apps for specific use cases as "local server bundles" that folks could
install on a spare computer running linux.
