[Commotion-dev] AREDN support of Amateur Radio Part 97 only frequncies outside of Part 15/ISM

Just in case there is any interest, we (http://www.aredn.org) are in beta
test of Ubiquiti device support for channels outside the Part15/ISM space.
  Links that were once unusable or low quality are now coming alive for us
under fcc part 97.  This includes:

2.4Ghz:   ch -1 and -2
5Ghz:   ch 176 to 184
3Ghz:   3.38Ghz to 3.5 Ghz
