Hello all,

I'm currently based in Detroit working out of two non profits and just
wanted to offer up myself for any help you may need surrounding the
Allied Media conference; transportation, pointers, spaces to meet
outside the conference, etc.

Best,
Jon

>
> Neighborhoods and communities all over the world are opting to build
> their own communications infrastructure, rather than wait for the big
> Telco companies to do it for them in an affordable way. This dinnertime
> caucus meeting brings together those organizations and individuals that

> The discussion is intended to cover:
> * Community organizing strategies
> * Planning and designing for your neighborhood
> * Technical considerations and costs
> * Fundraising, business models, and sustainability
> * Success stories, such as:
> * What can we learn from WISPs? (Wireless Internet Service Providers)
> * Existing networks and the stories of their growth
