Hi All,

I realize progress with Commotion for adhoc meshing directly on mobile
devices, Android in particular, has been held up by external factors like bug
82 <https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=82>. I hope a
resolution to this impasse does eventually appear.

Highlighting a recent occurrence here in the Missouri of authorities
(maybe) killing 4G mobile service at a protest site, which had previously
been used to stream video of heavy-handed police tactics and assorted
mayhem.

Needless to say, concern arises that such service interruptions for reasons
not related to public safety will become more commonplace.
