Hi Chip and Ben,

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm going to be at CCC this week, but I'll make
sure that OTI's telecom and wireless spectrum policy people are aware.
We may already have something in progress; I was on vacation last week
so I'm a bit out of the loop.
