Hi Mikhail,

The Commotion Android application is not currently under development, so there are no plans to add to the list. If anyone wants to contribute to it, that is most welcome. The biggest issue with Android is that Google has for many years blocked ad-hoc support on Android, and there is no indication that this will change. Ad-hoc support on mobile wireless chipsets is pretty sparse, and requires specific, often ugly, hacks for each different chipset and driver.

Someone has created ad-hoc interface support on a fork of Android, which is available in Cyanogenmod, but it is unlikely to make it into mainline Android: http://www.thinktube.com/android-tech/46-android-wifi-ibss.
