Ciao Mario,
good to find a contact in Italy that interested to Commotion too.
I 'm trying to do the same in my city(Fano,PU) and it is about 2 years
I'm working on this.

As you probably know it is very, very difficult.I started alone and it
takes lot of time.
Anyway, you are with the right people of Commotion that can help you.
Of course we can stay in contact and exchange our experiences.
My only suggestion is a book.Just To start.
It is "Digitla Dead End" of Virginia Eubanks.
You can buy it from:

http://www.digitaldeadend.com/

I have found it very useful for what I'm trying to do.

Ciao.

Luigi
