[CMI-CM] campaign at Critical Mass

Don't forget that today is Critical Mass at 5pm at the Alma
Mater. Come meet us for a celebration of bicycling as we ride in a
giant mass of bicycles through champaign-urbana.

This is a perfect chance to bring signs proclaiming your support for
your favorite pro-bike politicians and hold them up while we ride.
