[CMI-CM] Bike tune up fundraiser

hmmmm... the day before critical mass?   this sounds like an opportunity
to recruit some massers?  how about handing out flyers around the quad? i
have some free time between classes. are there some other ideas?  it is
time to seize the masses!  carpe velorution!
