[CMI-CM] PARADE CANCELED!

[RICHARD J LANGLOIS]

I just drove south on Neil St. and saw that the city put up a sign saying
that the Parade of Lights is CANCELED.
The roads aren't Too too bad but the parking lots are all ice covered.
