[CMI-CM] Critical Mass Rain?

If anyone can reply to this as soon as possible since today is the date for
Critical Mass this month, please do.
I am just curious if there will be one in the rain (more of just sprinkling)
and also the issue of the UI homecoming parade that another CM'er asked
about.

Any answers?
