talent Nina Paley:

Nothing about bikes in the film, but Nina is a carfree biker.
Her earlier syndicated cartoon work was done on paper that fit
into her backpack, and when she broke into animation she worked
with media such as rubber stamps made from her old innertubes.
I've managed to lure her out to a few Critical Masses in other
cities, too.  (Plus, her dad used to be mayor of Urbana and put
in the first bike lanes.)
