Dan has just uploaded all of the documents, including the meeting flyer, several  fact sheets, the supporters' resolution and the cover letter for the resolution.  Feel free to print and post or begin the effort to recruit supporters!  

And remember to say thanks to all at the Lung Association for their efforts in producing such great work!
