Thank you Janet Williams for the perspective on Chapman and the credence he 
does not reserve because of his contarian perspective.  While Chapman may be a 
contarian, the fact that his views seem to so closely resemble the tobacco 
industry's views is something that needs to be taken seriously and something that 
merits further consideration and monitoring in the future, no?
