[CU-Smokefree] Letter to the DI

Hi all--
It's a good thing I sent a copy of my letter to the DI to you all becasue, 
for somereasin, the Daily Illini has not published my letter and there is not 
reason to believe that they ever will.  It may be too hot for DI to handle, let 
alone to understand and comprehend the depth of their ignorance.
