Should we draft a letter that people could email to their friends which contains a link to the online petition?

I would be happy to write a rough draft (or perhaps we already have useable text from other literature?)

With such a letter being forwarded throughout C-U, I think we might be able to bolster public awareness. I know we have a lot of supporters out there who simply aren't aware of this movement.
