Now for the bad news.
 
The wording of last night's study session limited the study session to establishments without a Class A Liquor License.  This means that 53 establishments - those with over 50% of sales from alcohol, and virtually ALL music establishments in Champaign will not even be considered as being smokefree at the study session.
 
Sounds like a hollow victory to me - and I know to many of you.
