The Urbana City Council and Mayor Laurel Prussing invite you to participate in
a forum on whether Urbana should adopt a stronger smokefree ordinance.

   2. Featured Presenters:
       * C-U Smokefree Alliance — Scott Hays, president
       * The Health Perspective — Dr. Robert Scully, Health Alliance
       * The Smokefree Restaurant Perspective — John Schmitt, Ned Kelly's and
         Jane Anderson, Milo's Restaurant (invited)
       * The City of Springfield's Experience — Alderman Bruce Strom, Springfield
   3. Public Comments: Citizen open forum, 2 minute limit, Urbana residents
      given priority
   4. Adjournment

DIRECTIONS & PARKING: Carle Forum is located on Park Street directly north of 
the Carle Parking Garage on McCullough Street, north of University Avenue. Free 
Parking is available in the Champaign County Fairgrounds commuter lot, enter 
from North Coler. A shuttle bus circles the lot and returns to Carle Hospital 
every 10 minutes, until 10:00 p.m.
