[C-U Smokefree] Primary results

The votes are in - and the good news is that all four
of our candidates won!

The bad news is that two anti-smokefree candidates
(Foster and Feinen) are in the top 3. And their
support is likely to increase since two anti-smokefree
candidates were eliminated and the third eliminated
was the very weak Freddie Gordon.

In order, the results are:

Rosales
Avery
Williams
